Thermax Ltd has embarked upon a consolidation plan to merge some of its domestic subsidiaries with itself. The Pune-based company has nine domestic and seven overseas subsidiaries. Aimed at reduction of cost and improvement of efficiency, the move will amalgamate at least four domestic subsidiaries with itself.
