Thomas Cook (India) Ltd, which is the largest listed travel services operator in India, has decided to dissociate from its Indian operations. According to sources, foreign promoters have given consent to Kotak Mahindra Capital to divest its entire 60% holding in the Indian operation. As part of streamlining its global operations, Thomas Cook has decided to part with the Indian operation. The deal value is over Rs 400 crores. |
