Hyderabad-based logistics software solutions company Four Soft has acquired the Netherlands-based DCS Transportation & Logistics Solutions for $19m. The acquisition is being funded through a debt issue and cash reserves. ICICI Bank has provided debt of pound7.2m, of which pound 5.5m has been used to meet the upfront cash component of the acquisition. DCS revenues have been inactive for than four years now at around pound 12m and the company was marginally profitable, which is why it has been sold off to Four Soft.
