The unique benefits of Benninger Denim warp dyeing ranges led Benningers customer SASHA in Bangladesh to invest in an additional BEN-INDICO dyeing range to meet the increased demand for high-quality denim fabrics.
The consistent use of the BEN- LINK system, which enables continuous dyeing even during batch changes, made it possible to not only minimise yarn usage, but to also reduce second grade material considerably. During a batch change, yarn waste is reduced by approx 97% from approx 600 m to an unrivalled 15-20 m.
To reduce fabric production costs with a denim dyeing range, Benninger provides a revolutionary technology with its special dyeing method, which uses a nitrogen atmosphere. The nitrogen atmosphere requires smaller quantities of chemicals and water, and enables much greater colour depths, with the same number of dye boxes. Combined with state-of-the-art dosing technology, the quantity of chemicals used is reduced to a minimum.
