A wholly owned subsidiary called Pidilite Midle East Ltd has procured a 49% stake in Dubai- based Jupiter Chemicals LLC (JCL). JCL would promote the companys range of products in Gulf Cooperation Council countries said adhesives manufacturer and industrial chemicals in a filing with BSE.Officals said that "JCL has made an entrance into construction chemicals business by acquiring assets of an existing company in dubai." |
