Lectra presented its range of design and development solutions for technical textiles users at 300 m stand at the tech textil tradefair in Frankfurt, Germany. Trade fair provided lectra with an opportunity to highlight its role in supporting its customers perfomance and to demonstrate its commitment to working side with them on development through the production process.Lectra offers the companies using industrial fabrics the design concept its complete 3D/2D solution. Automative cutting solutions also held the attention of audiences at demonstrations of the Vector Tech Tex and MFC production systems and the latest laser cutter ,the Focus 10C 600. Pierre Vallortigara, Lectras transport and industrial fabrics director confirmed that "The new focus offers valuable advantages for users of industrial fabrics ,with significant improvements in cutting quality,productivity, and reduction of offcuts, particularly with multi-ply cutting.Many manufacturers of airbags and filtration systems as well as users of innovative materials from other sectors showed their interest in the perfomance of the laser cutting solution. Demonstrating the length of Lectras product range the other cutting systems were also eagerly received.The specific features of the two systems and the enlarged spectrum of applications were highlighted by the complementary multiply cutting of Vector Tech Tax and single -ply cutting of MFC,combining speed and precision. |
