Rockstedt specialises in development.construction and processing technology of co-rotating twin screw compounders for preparation and production of plastics and chemicals. After acquirement Reimelt Henschel will now offer complete mixing and compounding systems from one source to suit a wide range of applications.The preferred areas of application of these systems and production of compounds ,blends and masterbatches. Reimelt Henscel compounding systems are available in 6 sizes from 25 to 120mm screw diameters, covering a throughput range from 5 to 5,000kg/h. Besides ,the newly -developed screw elements for melting ,mixing or working -in of materials as well as barrels.Newly developed sidefeeders with innovative redesigned bearings lower power consumption. |
