The Indian cellular services market clocked the highest growth of 67% across Asia Pacific and Japan region in 2004, says a report from Gartner. By the end of 2009 ,it will reach $24 billion by the end of 2009,accounting for 11% of the overall Asia Pacific and Japan market. Non-voice value added services like ringtones call back tones, games and music downloads will be important revenue generators.
