According to a study by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) India will capture 6% of global share in IT services and software by 2008-09. By 2020, it will be a leading provider of IT services to developed economies of the European Union and other nations. With the increase in offshore penetration and the Hike in the annual growth rate to 45% in export of IT and IT-enabled services, the total Exports will exceed $50 billion by 2008. |
