Pitti Laminations Ltd, a leading manufacturer of laminations for the electrical industry, is working on a major expansion-cum- modernisation programme for its plants in Andhra Pradesh. Company is planning to undertake modernisation of plant 1 and expand the capacity of plant 2 ,which started commercial production earlier this year in April, from 4,000 tonne to 19,000 tonne. This will take the total installed capacity of the company to 25,000 tonne. Plant 2 ,with a capacity of 4,000 tonne per annum, is dedicated to the export market. |
