British Pharmaceutical giant Glaxo-Smithkline said that it will build a new, $68-milllion research nad development facility in Singapore. The state-of-the-art plant, which would convert experimental treatments into prescribable medicines when it becomes operational in 2007, will be built on the same site hosting the companys manufacturing facility.
