The $2.59 billion automotive major Mahindra & Mahindra recently signed a 51:49 joint venture with International Truck and Engine Corporation (ITEC),US,to manufacture trucks and buses in India.The JV -Mahindra International -envisages a project an investment of $80 million with a debt-equity component of 0.5:1 .Accordingly,debt and equity component works out to around $27 and $53 million.
