Amrutanjan Ltd, are in technical collaboration with US-based Back to Young LLC, and have promoted a new company called Holistic Beauty Care Ltd with an authorized capital of Rs 1 crore. Back to Young would provide all technological support for this venture.
The company will initially carry on the business of pain relief and wellness through a chain of spas under the brand name Osmosis. This will be the first such spa inaugurated at Chennai at an investment of about Rs 1 crore.
The spa will initially provide pain relief treatment for migraine and tension headaches, non-surgical fat burning treatments for weight loss (lipodissolve), and focus on reducing wrinkles through various techniques like botox and restylane injections.
The spa will later look at dispensing health and cosmetic products. More spas are planned in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and other cities in a phased manner, with each of them requiring investments of under Rs 1 crore.
