The major technological service provider named Silverline Technologies Ltd has announced that it has recently own a huge contract from the IBM. The officials of the company have informed that its technical support solutions subsidiary company named Millennium Care Inc, has won the contract on behalf of the company. The headquarter of the Millennium Care Inc is located in Toronto, Canada.
The Chairman of the Silverline Technologies Ltd, Mr. Ravi Subramanian was talking about the contract and said, "We have bagged a multi-million, multi-year contract for providing our core competency services to another world leader. The project will demonstrate our ITIL expertise leveraging third party tools". He added that their new client is one of the industry leaders in Network Security products and solutions and the company is based in California, US. The company also has a number of over 100 offices across 45 countries of the world and it usually designs and sells Internet protocol network products and services to its clients.
While talking about the companys scope in the contract, a top official from the Millennium Care Inc has stated that it will provide 7/24 Level 1 help desk support for around 5,000 plus users. The help desk will log and track the service calls from the users and the support will also include a single point of contact for the productivity software, operating systems, email, web browsers, utilities, hardware and networking. The official further said that the combination of world-class tools, process and people of the Millennium Care Inc, will provide this technology giant with an integrated, centralized and scaleable end-to-end solution.
