The Bangaluru-based telecommunication company named the Kavveri Telecom Products has announced that it has recently acquired two new companies named the Spotwave Wireless, USA and Spotwave Wireless, Canada. The company has released a statement in order to inform the Bombay Stock Exchange about the acquisition and the officials of the company have informed that the companys wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary - Kavveri Technologies, Canada has made the acquisition on behalf of the company.
According to the sources from the industry, the Spotwave Wireless is a specialist in providing products for the indoor wireless coverage solutions to its customers. The sources also said that the Kaveri Telecom is now introducing intelligent adaptive repeater in-building solutions to its customers, with this acquisition. The solutions are going to be a key strategic addition to the existing in-building product and services business of Kavveri as well.
