The food and beverage company named the Temptation Foods Ltd (TFL) has recently announced that it has acquired a majority stake in a private software company named the Aptsource Software Pvt Ltd. The TFL has released an official statement regarding the matter and informed that Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that it has acquired 70 per cent equity stake of the private software company.
While informing about the latest acquisition made by the company, TFL also informed that BSE that the Aptsource Software Pvt Ltd is actually a high-end enterprise solution consulting organisation. The company is basically engaged in the promotion of actionable intelligence over the service-oriented architecture and the main objective of the company is to bridge the existing gap between business and system objectives.
According to one of the top executives of TFL, the company is has already took the decision to invest in Aptsource Software Pvt Ltd, in order to accomplish its vision of creating value for its shareholders through innovative means. The executive further informed that the TFL is already having some association with the Aptsource Software Pvt Ltd for developing its Solution Blueprint properly.
