DHL, the global leader in express and logistics, launched their Export LCL consolidation conneting Europe, Mediterranean and US destinations from Kolkata port.
Present at the launch from DHL were Deep Gupta- Regional Director East Jitendra Vijan, AGM -LCL Development, and Murali Nair- Senior Manager-Ocean Freight.
DHLs first priority is to serve all major markets with direct consolidations from its strong presence al all sea ports. With total yearly volumes that exceed 1,400,000 cbms, globally DHL Globally DHL recognize LCL (Less than Countainer Load) as being a crucial part of a total Ocean Freight system and dedicate substantial resources to system development and maintenance. This offering includes to system development and maintenance. This offering includes the value added service of Track & Trace as well as weekly connections from Colombo.
