With the invention of a brand new technique, the ice creams are going to be tailor made very soon. The sources from the industry have informed that the people will now be able to design the ice creams according to their own choices like a paan ice cream or a chilly. The sources added that the people can easily enjoy the tasted of a paan ice cream or the chilly ice cream at any occasion in this season.
The leading caterer companies in India have invented this new technique and according to a top official of Chetak Caterer, Mumbai, Mr. Vinit Modi, "We provide various flavours as rare as chilly ice cream, paan ice creams and mix n match kulfis". He said that there is a rising demand for those ice creams that not only taste different but also have a good aesthetic appeal. According to him, the demand for these exotic ice cream flavours has already risen by 15-20 per cent in this season, in comparison to the previous season.
According to the experts from the industry, the Indian marriage ceremonies are no longer only the celebrating occasions, but they have also become style statement with the unique innovations in the choice of venue, delectable cuisines, themes and with the exotic flowers. While talking about the new trend of designer ice creams, the top official of the Delhi-based Kitchen Art, Sumer Mehta said, "People usually love to adopt innovative concepts in weddings to snow off a certain international consciousness. Adventurous cuisines and desserts are now becoming a fad in Indian weddings, Italian, Ice Creams, Ricotta cheese flavour, Guava ice creams frozen desserts including ice cream cakes are high on demand".
