Ranbaxy And CD Pharma Signed Deal For Inersan
One of the leading companies in the Indian pharmaceuticals industry, the Ranbaxy Laboratories has announced that it has recently entered into an exclusive marketing agreement with the CD Pharma. The company has stated that the contract has been signed for marketing the patented probiotic preparation named Inersan into the markets of India and Nepal. The officials of the company have informed that the Inersan is usually used for treating some dental problems like periodontitis, gingivitis and halitosis.

The company has also released an official statement regarding the contract signing on Tuesday and said that the Indian market is not having drug that can treat these dental problems at the moment. The Senior Vice President And Regional Director (Asia & CIS) of Ranbaxy, Mr. Sanjeev I. Dani was talking about the matter and said, "In the post-patent era, we are driven by the need to in-license differentiated products, and the introduction of Inersan tablets consolidates Ranbaxys position in the dental segment".

While conveying his opinions about the contract signing, the Country Manager of CD Pharma India, Mr. Kanwaldeep Chadha, said, "Internationally, Inersan has shown good clinical results across trials done in oral inflammatory conditions of different etiologies. Clinical trials conducted in India have also given encouraging results. We plan to introduce trial-backed-first-of-its-kind probiotic products in the near future".
