AKT Technologies Limited, a Nashik-based software company, has recently announced the launching of a new software named the AKT Freedom in India. The company has stated that the new software is a combination of nine modules including the accounts, inventory, payroll, time office, attendance, recruitment, online test, share bazaar and family manager.
According to one of the top officials of the company, the AKT Technologies Limited has already established a 24x7 call centre for providing pre-sales enquiry and post-sales support for its products and services. The company is intending to help its dealers in their operations and also to meet their needs in real time with this new call centre. The official has also informed that the company is looking forward to outsourcing the business process of other companies, as well. The official further stated that the company is ready to accept the voice-based outsourcing obligations where it would accommodate the entire responsibility of its operation. The sources from the industry have informed that the AKT Technologies was established in the year of 2005 and is having a number of 200 employees at the moment.
