The consultancy company named the MindTree Consulting has recently announced that its board of directors have decided to change the companys named to MindTree with immediate effect. The Chairman And Managing Director of MindTree, Mr. Ashok Soota has informed the news and said that the company has decided so, as the word consulting is not exactly reflecting the companys entire range of services.
In the words of Mr. Soota, "Over the years, MindTree has emerged as one of the fastest growing IT and R&D services providers offering its services across a range of technology and industry domains. The word consulting in our name, however, did not reflect the entire range of services we offer our customers. While MindTree is one of the first companies to offer consulting-led IT services, we are intellectual property-led in our R&D services". He was also talking about the meanings of the new name and said, "Our new name, MindTree, also allows us to now offer newer areas of services to our customers across the globe".
While talking about the companys plans with its business at the moment, Mr. Soota said, "MindTree will now become the umbrella name under which future acquisitions can take the forms of divisions or subsidiaries. MindTree will continue to stand for our unique culture, commitment towards high customer satisfaction and our innovative people practices. We will continue to build an organization that has a place among the best in the industry".
