A well recognized US-based company named the Technology Resource has recently set up a new hi-tech testing laboratory at Manesar, near Gurgaon. The officials of the company have informed that the new laboratory will help the people to get rid of the fear that their apparel might have banned dyes. They said that the laboratory would conduct some quality tests on the products and commodities.
While talking about the companys newly set up hi-tech laboratory in India, the General Manager India of STR Labs, Ms Varchala Abrol said, "The facility will offer a broad range of testing and quality assurance services for retailers, manufacturers, importers and distributors of apparel, textile and leather products". She added that the company is also going to test products for flammability, fibre content, colour fastness, chemical analysis, apart from the American and European standards of compliances for various industries.
