Orthotec has installed their machine model CSL 3022 at Sicon Packs in Navi Mumabi, as well as Syndicate Labels and Regal Creative in Delhi.
Yudhiviram Solanki, director of Sicon Packs feels that the machine is "easy to understand and adapt" for entry -level players in the labeling industry. "It is hands-on machine for short-run jobs and requires less tooling as compared to a flexo machine," he adds.
The CSL 3022 which is a mature machine in its category with a variety of features like shaftless press, each station servo drive, three servos in each station which empowers the user for uniform ink kneading, mixing and impression driven by servo, one cylinder for all size, maximum print +size-300mm width ×220 mm length, computer web tension control panel, plate skewing adjustment, video web inspection from Tescan UK, rotarydie cutting, online slitter-rewinder with waste off, scanner for repass registration.
Amit Sheth, CEO of label Planet who sells Orthotec in India says: "The future is prosperous for label printing with intermittent technology."
