Chennai-based Xpress Imprint has invested in a Heildelberg Printmaster to "upgrade the company service offering."
B Nagi reddy, the owner of the company first ran a business of providing stationary products for the healthcare institutions before deciding to upgrade the companys service offering to commercial print service with latest offset printing capabilities.
Reddy said: "We have to adapt to changing market needs to changing market needs to be successful. As margins deteriorate, customers start migrating to smaller volumes and shorter turnarounds. The Print master 52-2 will give us much quicker set- up times and faster job changes, which in turn will significantly reduce material costs and enable us to supply top-quality printing at very good prices."
Xpress aims to be a high quality print services company with latest technologies capabilities in digital, offset and screen printing. Besides the printmaster 52 the company has a Ryobi A3 single-color, a silk screen printing unit and two cutting machines.
