As a survey revealed, the mobile telephone services of Delhi and Mumbai have been able to satisfy their subscribers.
The subscribers of Delhi were happy with the services they are getting. According to 34 per cent of the subscribers, they didnt face any call drops. In Mumbai, 31 per cent didnt witness any call drops. Where the picture of betterment is beheld in Mumbai and Delhi, it is different in Patna, Kolkata and Chandigarh. The number fell to 21 per cent in Patna, 24 per cent for Kolkata and 2 per cent for Chandigarh.
The mobile services, in addition to providing them with advanced assistance, satisfy their customers in billing system. About 37 per cent of the subscribers said that they didnt face any billing related problem compared to about 21 per cent in Patna.
Delhi stays on top in customer care satisfaction too. Among the surveyed customers 59 per cent said that they were satisfied with the customer care response. This percentage of customer satisfaction in Bhopal has dropped to only 19 per cent.
The Delhi and Mumbai mobile services are satisfied with the response they are getting from their customers while the customers of Patna are most dissatisfied with their operators.
