Fitch Ratings India Pvt. Ltd has downgraded the rating for commercial paper programme of Shoppers Stop Ltd to F1(ind) from F1+(ind) for an amount of Rs. 500.
Further the Company has also noted that Fitch Ratings India Pvt. Ltd has downgraded the rating for short term debt programme of Company to F1(ind) from F1+(ind) for an amount of Rs. 300.
