Epson, a world leader in digital imaging and printing solutions, has launched the Epson StylusTM Office range in India. The new Epson StylusTM Office T30, T40W, TX300F and TX600FW are Epsons latest business printers which are engineered specifically to meet the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Moreover, the high speed document scanner market will also be addressed with the launch of two sheet fed scanners, the Epson GT-S80 and GT-S50.
Epson holds SMEs form as a potentially significant market. According to the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India there are approximately 13.2 million SMEs in India.
Gartner, an information technology research and advisory firm, has reported that the companies spend up to 3% of business revenue on document printing. Epson recognizes that this move forms a significant chunk of the operating costs of any business. In an ever competitive market SMEs cite rising operations costs as a key concern to the bottom line and a barrier to growth.
Epson conceives that the launch of the Epson StylusTM Office will be able to help these companies to maximize value from every print through its laser-like speed, laser-like print quality and innovative multi-function features at a reduced cost.
