Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has signed a loan Agreement with Eni Coordination Centre, S.A., Brussels (ECC) for availing a US Dollar denominated Term Loan by way of External Commercial Borrowing amounting to US$125mn to part finance the various development activities of the company including PY-1 Field.
The Eni Coordination Centre based in Brussels and is an operational finance centre focused on meeting the financial requirements of foreign-based Companies.
