Areva T&D has bagged the first private sector Ultra high Voltage Generator Transformers order from Lanco Infratech Ltd.
The order amounts more than € 33 mn including supply of 765 KV Generator Transformers, Shunt Reactors and 765 KV to 400 KV Interconnecting Transformers for the switchyard associated with the 1200 MW (2*600 MW) Anpara-C Thermal Power Plant.
Transformers and Reactors will be manufactured at Vadodara plant of Areva T&D. Areva T&D is also supplying 765 KV switchyard for the same Power plant.
