Reliance Communications, an integrated telecom service provider, has launched Reliance Mobile Stores (RMS) in the state of Uttar Pradesh to reach the doorsteps of the customers. These stores were installed at Indira Nagar, Rae Bareli Road and Sitapur Road.
While inaugurating the mobile stores, RCom Regional Head (UP and Uttrakhand) Saleem Haq said, "The basic idea behind establishing these RMS is to provide all the products and services and efficient customer care to our subscribers within the minimum distance of the locality they reside in."
Haq added, "A total of 139 such RMS will be operational in UP and 11 in Uttrakhand soon. Lucknow will have 10 such RMS."
He said that the RMS will provide services like pre-paid and post paid connections, data card connections, recharge and tariff vouchers and bill payment facility.
