Principal PNB Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd. (AMC) has come up with their closed-ended debt scheme Principal Pnb Fixed Maturity Plan 385 Days - Series XIII.
This scheme is open for subscription from March 23, 2009 to March 25, 2009. The performance of this scheme will be benchmarked against the Crisil Short Term Bond Fund Index.
NFO Open date is March 23, 2009 and closing date is March 25, 2009.Date of Allotment is March 26, 2009 and date of Redemption is April 14, 2010. NFO Price is Rs 10 face value during the New Fund Offer Period. This is a close-ended Debt scheme offering Fixed Maturity Plan.
Minimum Subscription amount is Rs1000 for regular plan and Rs500mn for Institutional Plan and any amount thereafter under each option.
