Religare Enterprises Ltd has acquired 24% equity shareholding from Vistaar Entertainment Ventures Pvt. Ltd (VEPL) of Vistaar Religare Capital Advisors Ltd (VRCAL) (a joint venture Company) by the Company.
It has now become the Companys subsidiary, w.e.f. April 17, 2009. Now 74% equity shareholding of Joint Venture Company is with the Company and 26% equity shareholding is with VEVPL.
