Indus Fila Ltd has purchased the balance 49% stake in Indus Garments (India) Pvt. Ltd. Now, Indus Garments (India) Pvt. Ltd has become 100% subsidiary of the Company with this acquisition.
Indus Garments is a well-known player in the apparel manufacturing business with 96.60% of its products being exported to American and European customers. The group has been in the business for over two decades offering strong relationships with their customer base.
