Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL) is aiming to spend Rs1.35bn in the construction of the IT Park.
The Cyber Park named Parsvnath Technica is strategically located at Main Gurgaon Sohna road in Gurgaon, Haryana and will have office space of 7 lac sq. ft. spread over two towers. The project will be completed within three years from the start of construction.

The IT Park will offer international safety environment and quality norms is equipped with advanced telecom facilities. The park provides hassle free parking through a dedicated parking zone and provides high security through a pre-installed 3 tier security system under CCTV surveillance. To provide a stress free working environment, the IT Park also offers convention centres, recreation area, multi-cuisine restraunts and various food outlets.
The building will comprise of G+5 and G+11 storeys and will have approximately 75,000 sq. ft. contiguous floor plate. The project has been designed by M/s Rajinder Kumar & Associates, a renowned architectural firm.
