Kobian, a Singapore-based manufacturer of mercury motherboards, chassis, speakers and a host of other PC components, has launched its latest Mercury Mice series with high sensitive 1600DPI optical engine in India.
The Mercury RF760, RF730 and RF710 wireless mice powered with a G5 Micro Receiver offer a wireless connection with advanced 2.4 GHz cordless technology. The G5-receiver, according to the company, is barely larger than a coin but exceptionally powerful to provide a reliable wireless connection with 300times faster data rate.
Sushmita Das, country manager, Kobian Pte. Ltd said, "The G5-receiver is so small that one can plug it in the notebook and forget about it. And your mouse is always ready to use. This micro-receiver can also be stored in the mouse in its defined compartment."
The series of mice is equipped with frictionless scroll wheel, the mice allows a fully 360 degree operation. The Sleep Mode function helps in saving power consumption.
In addition to the wireless mouse range, Kobian has also launched the USB series of retractable and notebook mini mouse. Ergonomically designed, this series is very attractive and portable for notebook users. The USB series comes with 800DPI optical engine.
Das added, "The sensitivity of the mouse is the prime factor for its performance. A mouse with a high sensitivity means the user doesnt need to move his hand across the desk much, and a high accuracy is vital for selecting pixels in Photoshop or efficiency in critical works. The contoured shape of Mercury Mice gives an ideal grasp and long-lasting comfort during prolonged work or gaming sessions."
The Kobian Mice series is priced between Rs 185 and Rs 600. The new range of Mercury Mice will be available from Kobians authorised distributors.
