Kamat Hotels India Ltd has acquired an additional 49% of the equity shares of the total capital of BW Highway Star Pvt. Ltd. With this, it has increased its pre-existing holding of 26% of the equity share capital to 75%.
As a result, BW Highway Star Pvt. Ltd has become a subsidiary of the Company. BW Highway Star Pvt. Ltd holds two hotels at Balewadi, Pune.
