The Executive Director of Dena Bank Bhaskar Sen has launched two technology based products namely, Phone Banking and SMS banking & Alerts on the 72nd Foundation Day, celebrated on 26th May 2009.
Phone banking system is an interactive voice response system (IVR System) that helps the customer of CBS branches to do transactions like balance enquiry, mini statement, statement by email / fax, cheque status, funds transfer etc.
SMS Banking helps the customer of CBS branches to perform transactions like account balance, mini statement, cheque status etc. through mobile.
Alert(s) are messages sent to the mobile or email id of the customer on financial transactions in his account. The customer can also receive a message regarding maturity of his term deposit.
