DHFL Property Services has partnered with various builders across rural and semi-urban India to market high quality yet affordable projects under its low cost housing schemes for low-wage earners.
DHFL Property Services Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Indias leading housing finance company, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL), is clearing the way for urbanisation of rural India in alliance with regional builders and developers.
Initially, the company will market schemes in the suburban areas of Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
DHFL Property Services will market 2,400 houses in Vatsalya Developers Dream City project in Boisar. The flat size would range between 380 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. and are priced at Rs 1,300 per sq. ft.
The Dream City project is located at approximately 90 kms from Mumbai and at 1 km distance from Boisar railway station. It will offer its residents an array of facilities like recreational facilities, beautifully landscaped gardens with a play area for children, schools, a club house, ample parking space, a theatre, a community hall and shopline buildings.
These designed homes will comply with the earthquake resistance structure requirement as per the IS code along with 24 hour water supply and eco-friendly development. This project is expected to be completed by March 2010.
